name.com推出6.99美元域名转入优惠拉拢客户

从威瑞信（VeriSign）在去年年底宣布将于2010年7月1日调整.COM/.NET注册价后，国外最大的域名注册商godaddy不断的推出各种优惠码，以吸引用户在域名涨价前注册域名。而今日，国外专业的域名注册商name.com也推出6.99美元转入优惠，鼓励用户将域名转入到旗下。（这次优惠活动没有任何隐藏费用，无需优惠码，没有数量限制）此前name.com对所有新注册的域名，取消提供免费的Private Whois，从一定程度上导致多数选择name.com注册域名的用户，把眼观聚焦到Godaddy。而此次name.com推出优惠活动，域名转入价格比Godaddy还低，间接程度上，也有助于重新抓住部分用户的心。
