电影《鬼影》只差最后一个镜头就要杀青了，没什么对白，就是演鬼影的演员模仿贞子披头散发从电视里爬出来的样子从黑暗的角落里爬出来就行了，可是就是这样一个镜头，临时演员李兰拍了十多条也没过。
李兰最近一直在咳，猛烈的咳嗽像是要把肺咳出来一样，这不刚才又剧烈的咳嗽一阵，痰涌到嘴边感觉咸咸的，赶忙用手帕擦拭了一下，凑近灯光一看手帕上是点点殷红的醒目的血迹，像开在雪地上的梅花，还好剧务美工导演灯光摄影他们都在忙，没有人注意到，李兰将手帕叠好揣在贴身的口袋里。
“鬼影一号准备好了吗？哪里找的演员，到底行不行啊！纯粹是在浪费胶片。”导演发问。剧务连忙跑过去，关切的问李兰“你身体吃得消吗？就一个临时演员吗，犯的着这么拼命吧！为三头二百的把命赔上，值吗？”李兰咬咬牙说“我行的，没问题！”剧务跑过去向导演点头示意“好，演员oK，各部门准备，灯光转暗，音乐开始，化妆去把演员的头发弄得再乱点，不用露脸，预备！开拍！”李兰按照剧情的设计，衣着单薄的她趴在冰冷的地面上，已经是初冬的天气，大气积聚着厚重的乌云，正在酝酿一场降雪，一阵彻骨的寒意袭上心头。还有几天房贷的最后期限就要到了，自己的丈夫在码头坐力工，失足从踏板上掉下来扭脱了臼，女儿纤纤上完大学待业在家，自己上个月咳血偷偷到医院确诊了一下，查出是肺癌晚期，真是雪上加霜，虽说自己找的工作是临时演员，好歹可以赚几个子补贴一下家用，而且李兰从小就有做演员的梦想，没准这会是自己最后一场戏，所以咬紧牙关拼了命也要挺住，可是不知是身体的原因还是紧张一口气拍了十几条也没过，现在手脚都是冰冷的似乎没有知觉了！人家头牌有热水热毛巾电暖风伺候着，自己一个临时演员只能用搓手脚的方式取暖！
灯光师将灯光调的惨淡，音乐响起，节拍短促而瘆人，一下下扣人心弦，摄影师聚焦镜头，女一号已经入戏，一番死里逃生的挣扎后瘫坐在椅子上大口的喘气，眼睛一瞬也不瞬的盯着黑暗的角落，按照剧本的安排李兰这时候早就应该爬出来了，可是李兰那边丝毫没有动静。
“cut!"导演断然道“演员有什么问题？”剧务们赶忙开亮大灯跑上前查看，只见李兰头垂在地上，胸前有一大摊殷红的血迹，人已经昏厥过去！大家七手八脚的忙碌开来，有的端来热水，有的拨打120.120很快就来了，拉上李兰风驰电掣的开走了！
李兰的镜头是最关键的一个镜头，临时换演员不可能，修改剧本又影响剧情发挥，大家一筹莫展！剧务愁眉苦脸心想一早预备下的香槟看来是排不上用场了！导演在片场烦躁的走来走去，大家不敢触霉头谁也不敢吱声，良久剧务大着胆子提议“不如鬼影由我来演吧！反正披头散发的也看不清脸，分不出男女！”“就你那身量！”导演断然否决！忽然一个熟悉的声音阴测测的现在耳边，毛骨悚然大概就是这种感觉“导演，还是由我来演吧！”是李兰的声音，导演眼前一亮。“你回来了，恢复的这么快，身体吃得消吗？”“反正就一个镜头，顶一下就过去了！”李兰轻飘飘的走过来，走路像没有脚后跟，脸色白的瘆人，胸前殷红的血迹显得特别醒目。她走到哪里，哪里的灯光就黯淡一下，走过去后，随即又亮了起来，灯光师嘟囔了一句“今晚的电压有点不稳！”大家都盼着早点收工，谁也没去留意李兰是怎么回来的！期间，剧务想伸手去扶一下李兰，触手冰凉，那种冰冷就像三九天把手浸在冰窖里一般，赶忙缩手！颤声说“你，你身体不碍事了吗？”“医生检查过了说我身子无大碍，害的大家不能收工，真的很不好意思！”李兰依旧面无表情，眼神直勾勾的，不过这恰好符合剧中人物的身份！
导演惊喜道“由于演员身体不适，各部门密切配合，争取一把过！好灯光师的技术不赖，要的就是这种气氛！”灯光师心底里打个突，自己特效还没开，现场的灯光就已经变成一片惨绿色，似乎有丝丝的冷气从李兰身体上蔓延开来，不过他没敢把心底的困惑说出来。摄影师拉开镜头，音乐响起，女一号死里逃生后坐在椅子上大口的喘气，这时角落里传来悉悉索索的响动声，镜头拉开李兰披头散发的影子从黑暗中一点点爬出来，然后镜头转到女一号张大的瞳孔，伴随着失声尖叫，最后镜头定格在李兰那张白的瘆人的脸上。
"oK!完美收官！演员辛苦了"导演情不自禁的做了一个胜利的手势。女一号也颤巍巍的站起来，她感觉被李兰抓过的地方冷得像一个冰块，周身的汗毛孔都跟着竖立起来，大家忙着开香槟，整理现场，谁也没注意李兰是什么时候走的！
这时导演的电话响了，是剧务小刘从医院打来的“导演，不好了，临时演员李兰因为呼吸衰竭抢救无效死亡了，怎么办，怎么办啊？”导演怒声道“开什么玩笑，刚刚李兰拍完了她的最后一场戏！对了，李兰，李兰呢？”大家四处找寻但是到处都找不到，导演又一叠连声的问剧务小刘“李兰是什么时候走的！”小刘带着哭腔“就是刚才不久，午夜23点15分。”导演一下子瘫坐在椅子上，摄影师打开镜头，胶卷上显示的时间刚好是23点15分，而且显而易见的镜头里的李兰是没有影子的！女一号也发觉自己手上的五道乌青妈呀叫了声鬼啊就昏了过去，现场一片混乱！
……
一个月以后，电影鬼影如期剪辑完成，所有李兰的镜头一刀未斩，而且剧组破天荒的为一个临时演员在演员表上打上名字，最后鬼影来袭的镜头堪称完美，剧组获得好评如潮！只是大家一直守口如瓶，大家一致决定缄默一个事实的真相！
